What You Need To Know

Bookings & Deposits

All bookings are confirmed only upon written confirmation and receipt of a non-refundable deposit. Inquiries and contact form submissions do not constitute a confirmed booking. The remaining balance is due as outlined in your individual service agreement.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may affect pricing. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control — including weather, venue restrictions, or supply shortages — that affect floral design or delivery.

Floral Design & Substitutions

All arrangements are custom and subject to seasonal availability. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value when specific blooms are unavailable, while maintaining the overall aesthetic agreed upon with you.

Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, and content on this site are the property of Heaslett Design Studio and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heaslett Design Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
